Mumbai Real -Estate Update (Nov. 3, 2025): Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has signed a large lease agreement at 8.15 lakh square feet of office space at the Eastbridge campus of the Hiranandani Group, Vikhroli (West) in Mumbai, one of the largest flexible-space deals that has been made so far in the city.

The new office is going to be the sixth large scale campus of Smartworks which is situated in the Eastbridge commercial development owned by the Niranjan Hiranandani Group. It is scheduled to start its operations in the fourth quarter of 2026 in the busy LBS Marg, Mumbai.
Currently, Smartworks has six operating campuses in India with an area of above 5 lakh square feet which can testify to the aggressive growth the company has attained in the managed workspace industry.
Creating a new standard in Flexible Workstations.

Electric-vehicle charging stations, rainwater collection systems and the organic waste management plants will be a part of the project, all of which are correlated to modern sustainability goals.
