Thus far law enforcement agencies have indicated over twenty-five such instances of law breakers within Delhi among which ten cases involved Pakistani and Bangladesh nationals.

When the network came into contact with these women, it used threats, blackmail and forceful methods to obtain cash or confidential information. Out of them, fifty-six were foreigners of which twenty-five were Uzbekistan natives, ten were Kazakhstan natives, five were Turkmenistan natives, fifteen Bangladesh natives, fifteen Pakistan natives, and fifteen African natives. The other two hundred and fifty were Indians nationals and this highlights how rife such rackets were.
