Dhanush Expresses his opinion about love in Tere Ishk Mein Trailer Release.

At the trailer release of the upcoming Hindi movie Tere Ishk Mein by director Aanand L Rai in Mumbai, the actors Dhanush and Kriti Sanon were called upon to express their view about love. Even though the two were hesitant at first, Dhanush ended up giving a very critical analysis that shocked the audience.
When someone had made a jest that he was too young to define love, Dhanush initially ruled it out by saying that he was unaware. After which, smiling, he continued, I believe it is just another over-rated feeling. This comment instantly attracted reactions of the audience and they responded loudly in amused oohs and aahs.
Kriti was quick to respond with a tease that his on screen alter-ego Shankar would disagree viciously. Dhanush answered with a laugh, that already he has said that he was nothing like Shankar.

Dhanush and Aishwarya, the daughter of the renowned superstar Rajinikanth got married on 18 November 2004. The couple has two sons, Yatra, born in 2006 and Linga, born in 2010.
After several weeks of rumours, they announced their breakup on 14 January 2022 saying that their eighteen-year relationship had been full of development, knowledge, adaptation, and adaptation. This was later followed by a formal divorce decree issued on 27 November 2024.
