Our commitment
We correct errors of fact promptly and in public. A correction is never made silently: the article itself carries the note, so a reader who saw the original also sees the correction.
How to report an error
Email info@b2cbuzz.com with the article link, the specific passage, and the correct information with a source where possible. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.
How we correct
- Correction — a material factual error. The article is amended and a dated correction note is appended explaining what changed.
- Clarification — wording that was accurate but open to misreading. A dated note explains the clarification.
- Update — the story has moved on. New information is added and the "updated" timestamp changes.
- Retraction — the central claim does not hold. The article is withdrawn and replaced with an explanation.
What we do not do
We do not delete articles to make an error disappear, and we do not change the substance of a published piece without recording that we have done so.
